VALIDITY
These conditions apply to all sales and deliveries from chilli-sauce.ch. Deviations from this require the written consent of chilli-sauce.ch. Consequently, chilli-sauce.ch and Gregor's Chilli are the same corporation.
WHAT DO WE SELL?
With us you can buy chili products directly from Switzerland. We import Dragon's Breath, Carolina Reaper, Bhut Jolokia and Habanero Chili Powder. Our chilli-sauces are homemade by us and are available in two levels of spiciness, some with fresh herbs. All products are additive-free. We also offer the Linthmais tortilla chips from Mühle Bruhin in Tuggen made from locally grown corn. Plus the spicy dips with tomato and new with sweet flavor.
DELIVERY
Every order is only considered accepted once all details have been clarified and with the express confirmation of chilli-sauce.ch. Delivery dates, delivery times and price information are not binding. If possible, we deliver from stock. In the event of delays in delivery, the purchaser is not entitled to claim damages of any kind for the consequences of the delay. Partial deliveries are possible without consequences for compensation. If the customer provided an incorrect delivery address, Gregor's Chilli will invoice the customer for the resulting additional costs. If the customer does not pay the additional costs, Gregor's Chilli will not send the item again. Upon request, the purchase price minus shipping and additional costs will be refunded.
EXCHANGE
In general, returns are not possible. We cannot check whether the bottles have already been opened and would have to dispose of them. In the event of complaints, goods can be taken back as a gesture of goodwill.
In the event of damage during transport, you must complain directly to your post office within 48 hours. The post office is liable for transport damage and will easily compensate you for the damage.
SHIPMENT
Goods are shipped based on advance payment, credit card statement, Twint or PayPal. No goods will be shipped if the invoice has not yet been paid.
COMPLAINTS
Incorrect deliveries, quantity deviations and obvious defects must be reported immediately to info@chilli-sauce.ch, no later than 48 hours after receipt of the goods. Returns will only be accepted after prior agreement. The purchaser is responsible for correct transport. If the address is incorrect, the customer is liable for the additional costs.
PRICES
All price information on price lists and on the Internet is non-binding. Price adjustments are subject to change at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons. If changes occur in the course of order processing due to price surcharges, additional fiscal burdens, customs increases or strong currency fluctuations, chilli-sauce.ch reserves the right to adjust the price accordingly.
RETENTION OF TITLE
The goods are delivered subject to retention of title. chilli-sauce.ch reserves ownership of the delivered goods until all claims arising from the business relationship have been paid.
PAYMENT TERMS
Goods will only be shipped after payment has been received in our account.
JURISDICTION
The parties agree on the place of jurisdiction in Schwyz for all disputes.
